Commercial Decision Infrastructure

Know which accounts deserve your sales capacity.

OutboundFix turns account evidence and your targeting policy into defensible PASS, RESEARCH_MORE or KILL decisions. Every decision keeps its evidence, its counter-evidence and the policy version that made it.

The missing layer

Most GTM tools tell you who exists. OutboundFix tells you who deserves sales capacity.

Your stack can find, enrich, score and sequence an account. Whether that account deserves a seller’s time is still decided in a spreadsheet, a stand-up or someone’s head. OutboundFix owns that decision.

  • Data ≠ Judgment

A record says a company exists. It does not say the company is worth a seller's week.

  • Signal ≠ Decision

A signal says something moved. Someone still has to decide what it means for this account.

  • Score ≠ Commercial argument

A score ranks. It does not say what supports it, what cuts against it or what is unknown.

  • Automation ≠ Authority

A workflow can act. It cannot say who authorized the action, or on what evidence.

The output

Three verdicts. Each one is a decision.

Not a score, a tier or a likelihood. A verdict says what to do with your sales capacity, and the record says why.

PASS

The available evidence supports allocating sales capacity.

Issued when
Every required policy criterion is supported by evidence and no disqualifier is confirmed.
What your team does
Give the account seller attention.

RESEARCH_MORE

There is not enough justified certainty yet.

Issued when
A required policy criterion is unresolved, or the evidence conflicts.
What your team does
Get the specific missing evidence before spending sales capacity.

KILL

The account does not currently justify sales capacity.

Issued when
A disqualifier is confirmed, or a required policy criterion is contradicted.
What your team does
Stop spending effort on it.

Inspect the judgment

Every decision has a reason.

Open the record. Read what supported the outcome, what pushed against it, what is still unknown, where each observation came from and which policy version made the call.

Three illustrative records, one per verdict. A score cannot show you any of this. The proof that counts is a decision on an account you already know, not an example we chose.

How it works

From account list to recorded decision.

  1. 01

    Bring accounts

Paste the company domains you need a decision on.

  2. 02

    Set the policy

Define what a commercially relevant account is for you. The policy is versioned; a default applies until you write yours.

  3. 03

    Evidence is gathered

OutboundFix reads each account's own official website within fixed limits and keeps the source of every observation.

  4. 04

    The case is argued

Evidence, counter-evidence and what is still unknown are set against each policy criterion.

  5. 05

    A verdict is issued

A deterministic runtime returns PASS, RESEARCH_MORE or KILL. AI gathers evidence; it does not decide.

  6. 06

    The record keeps why

New evidence or a new policy version creates a new Decision Record. The old one is never edited.

Where it fits

It does not replace your stack. It decides what moves through it.

Data and enrichment systems find and enrich accounts. OutboundFix decides which accounts deserve sales capacity. CRM, SDR and GTM systems execute.

How it fits your systems ↗

Access model

Designed headless. The decision goes where the work is.

A decision should reach the system or agent that needs it without anyone opening a dashboard. This is exactly where each surface stands today: what you can use now, and what is built but not yet switched on.

  • Web workspace

    Available now

Submit company domains, get a verdict with its evidence for each one whose research completes, define your targeting policy and re-evaluate accounts held at RESEARCH_MORE. Free for your first 10 accounts.

  • API

    Implemented · not yet enabled

Request a decision on an account and read its Decision Record from your own code, with a workspace API key. Public production access is not yet enabled.

  • MCP

    Implemented · not yet enabled

The same decisions as tools for AI agents and assistants, through the Model Context Protocol, as a remote endpoint or a local server. Public production access is not yet enabled.

  • CLI

    Implemented · not yet enabled

Request and read decisions from a terminal or a pipeline. The CLI is a client of the API: it is not yet published, and it works only once API access is enabled.

  • HubSpot decision loop

    Built · not yet active

A company event triggers a decision; after human approval, four OutboundFix fields are written back to the company record. Built and tested end to end. Not active for any customer yet.

  • Clay account intake

    Built · not yet active

A Clay table sends enriched accounts to OutboundFix for a decision. Clay data is kept as context and never decides on its own: the verdict comes from OutboundFix Core. Built and tested. Not active for any customer yet.

For developers ↗

Governance

AI should not silently spend your sales capacity.

Commercial judgment becomes operational without becoming a black box. Every verdict traces to the evidence and the policy version behind it, and nothing acts on a verdict without human approval.

Governance for larger teams ↗
01

The runtime decides, not the model

AI reads pages and extracts evidence. A deterministic policy runtime issues the verdict.

02

Fail closed

A claim that cannot be verified against its source page stays unresolved, and unresolved evidence leads to RESEARCH_MORE. Never to a guessed PASS or KILL.

03

Policy versions

Every record names the exact policy version that produced its verdict.

04

Evidence provenance

Each observation keeps the page it was read from.

05

Records are never edited

New evidence creates a new record that supersedes the old one. The history stays.

06

Human approval before action

In the workspace a verdict changes nothing outside OutboundFix. The HubSpot loop is built to wait for a named reviewer before any write-back.

Who it is for first

For teams that cannot spend sellers on the wrong accounts.

Any B2B team can start free. These three come first.

See the use cases ↗
01

Outbound and GTM agencies

You sell outbound capacity to clients. Decide which accounts on a client's list deserve it before a sequence is written, and keep the evidence behind every PASS and every KILL. A workspace holds one active targeting policy at a time today.

02

SDR-as-a-Service and appointment-setting firms

SDR hours are what you sell. Know which accounts justify the first touch, which need more evidence first and which should leave the list.

03

B2B SaaS companies with active outbound teams

Your team has more accounts than seller time. Put the list through your own targeting policy and send sellers to the accounts that pass.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is OutboundFix?

OutboundFix is Commercial Decision Infrastructure for B2B sales and GTM teams. It evaluates each target account against your targeting policy and returns, when its research completes, one of three verdicts — PASS, RESEARCH_MORE or KILL — together with the evidence, counter-evidence, uncertainty and policy version behind it.

What is Commercial Decision Infrastructure?

It is the layer of a go-to-market stack that decides which accounts deserve sales capacity. Data, enrichment, intent and scoring tools describe accounts; CRMs and engagement tools act on them. Commercial Decision Infrastructure sits between the two and turns evidence and an explicit policy into a recorded, reviewable decision.

What do PASS, RESEARCH_MORE and KILL mean?

PASS: the available evidence supports allocating sales capacity. RESEARCH_MORE: there is not enough justified certainty yet, so the specific missing evidence should be gathered first. KILL: the account does not currently justify sales capacity. Each is a decision under your policy, not a score.

What is a Decision Record?

It is the record of one account decision: the verdict, the evidence and counter-evidence with their sources, what remains uncertain, the reasoning, the reason codes and the policy version that produced it. A Decision Record is never edited. New evidence or a new policy version produces a new record that supersedes it.

How is OutboundFix different from lead scoring and sales intelligence tools?

Sales intelligence and enrichment tools supply data about accounts, and lead scoring ranks them with a number. OutboundFix does neither. It decides whether an account should receive sales capacity under an explicit policy and records why. The output is a verdict with its evidence, not a number to interpret.

Does OutboundFix replace Clay or other enrichment tools?

No. Clay and similar tools gather and enrich data; OutboundFix decides what the evidence means for sales capacity. An integration in which a Clay table sends accounts to OutboundFix for a decision is built and not yet active. Clay data is kept as context, never as the verdict: the decision comes from OutboundFix Core under your policy.

Does OutboundFix replace HubSpot or another CRM?

No. OutboundFix does not own a CRM, a workflow builder or a sales engagement platform. A HubSpot decision loop, in which an approved decision is written back to the company record, is built and tested but is not active for any customer yet.

What happens when evidence is insufficient?

The verdict is RESEARCH_MORE and the record names what is missing. OutboundFix does not guess: if research fails or a claim cannot be verified against the source page, the outcome is never a PASS or a KILL.

Can OutboundFix act automatically?

Not today. In the workspace, a verdict changes nothing outside OutboundFix. The HubSpot decision loop is built to require human approval before any write-back, and autonomous action is not enabled.

How are decisions audited?

Each Decision Record keeps its evidence with sources, its counter-evidence, its uncertainty and its policy version, and it cannot be edited after it is written. Feedback you leave on a decision is recorded next to it and never changes the verdict.

What causes an account to be re-evaluated?

You do, when there is new evidence to gather or your policy has changed. For an account whose current decision is RESEARCH_MORE, you can re-evaluate it against your active policy. The result is a new Decision Record that supersedes the earlier one, which is kept. Re-evaluating against your active policy does not use your allowance, and neither does submitting the same domain again in the same billing month (on Free: at any time).

How do developers integrate with OutboundFix?

Today, access is through the web workspace. The API, the MCP server and the CLI are implemented on the governed Core V2 decision boundary, and all three return the same PASS, RESEARCH_MORE or KILL decision with its Decision Record. Public production access is not yet enabled. If you need programmatic access, tell us through the Enterprise form.
